POVERTY LANE PUBLISHING
Welcome to Poverty Lane
Poverty Lane is led by Ronnie Brown, a songwriter, novelist and former steelworker, factory worker, university lecturer and gardener. He’s spent his life exploring different worlds, picking up stories, ideas and experiences along the way. A Renaissance man, perhaps, though Ronnie might argue that he’s never quite mastered the sums!

Musician, Singer,
Songwriter
These days, the gardens are someone else’s problem, but the music and writing continue. Poverty Lane is where Ronnie brings it all together, sharing his songs, stories and a little bit of the life behind them.
